The graphic retracts into the aluminum base for transport, sets up in under a minute with no tools, and travels in a padded carry bag. This is the most portable display there is, which is why most businesses buy one before they buy anything else.

Choosing between them

Width is the first decision. 33–36 inches is the standard and suits almost everything. 48 and 60 inch models give you a wider canvas for a lobby or a booth back wall where you have the floor space.

Tabletop versions sit on a 6 or 8 ft table and pair with a printed table cover — the standard setup for a career fair, a conference table or a tabletop show.

Entry versus premium is mostly about the base and the mechanism. Heavier bases stand up better to repeated setup and to being knocked in a busy aisle; premium mechanisms retract more smoothly and take graphic changes better. If the stand lives in a closet between two events a year, the entry model is fine. If it goes out weekly, buy the heavier one.

Double-sided is worth it anywhere people approach from both directions.

Artwork and turnaround

What to send: PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPEG/PNG. We recommend 150 DPI or higher at full print size. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team can build it.

Production: most banner stands are produced within 2–4 business days. Expedited turnaround is available for an additional fee — tell us your date and we'll confirm before you order rather than after.

Quantity: bulk pricing applies at 5 or more. Ask and we'll quote it.

Reusing the stand

Several models take replacement graphics, so when your messaging changes you reprint the banner and keep the hardware. If you expect to do that, say so when you order — it narrows which models make sense and saves you buying a stand you can't refill.
