North Royalton faced a common problem: "Vendor Creep." Over the years, using multiple suppliers resulted in mismatched colors, inconsistent messaging, and low-quality banners that began to curl and sag. The athletic department needed a complete visual reset to restore pride to their facilities.

We stepped in to provide a unified, "University-Grade" branding strategy. Our mission was to ensure every purple and gold hue matched perfectly across every substrate, from locker rooms to the main gym.

1. The "State of Pride" Championship Series

To solve the "curling banner" issue, we moved away from vinyl and transitioned to rigid substrates.

• State Championship Signs: Custom-contoured 3mm PVC Sintra, CNC-cut into the shape of the State of Ohio.
• Suburban League "Future-Proof" Graphic: A 5' x 10' display featuring interchangeable nameplates. By using a velcro-system for school names, we ensured the board never needs to be fully replaced if the league lineup changes—saving the school thousands in future costs.

We didn't just print a logo; we built an architectural feature.

• Materials: A combination of Brushed Aluminum DiBond and Clear Acrylic with opaque white-ink backing.
• The Effect: By utilizing dual-length standoffs, we created a multi-dimensional "floating" effect that serves as a centerpiece for the soccer program.

We utilized our Zund CNC technology to create massive, 36-foot-long "NORO NATION" lettering. These 44-inch high letters were cut from 6mm PVC Sintra, providing a bold, permanent statement that standard banners simply cannot match.

From BrickWrap identification for the Aux Gym and training rooms to custom Player Nameplates (Sintra for Football/Soccer and magnetic for Basketball/Wrestling), we ensured the student-athlete experience was professionalized at every touchpoint.
