• Standard Sheet Size: All custom aluminum layouts must be designed on a 48" x 96" sheet layout.

• Router Bleed & Spacing: Maintain 0.5" spacing between all individual pieces and around the outside perimeter of the sheet to ensure clean, precise edges.
